Cottage at the End of the World A live, participatory theater-game hybrid CASE STUDY

MFA Thesis in Contemporary Theater ● Collaborator: Sydney Green

Cottage takes audience members on two childrens’ quest of self-discovery and queer identity formation. In groups of up to 8, participants work together to solve puzzles that physically rebuild their fantasy world, unlocking new spaces and progressing the story with each one.

This is My Stop A liminal puzzle game about what we leave behind "Best of Design" Winner!

PlayfulNYC Hackathon ● Collaborators: Jacob Carlos, Soph Katsivelos, Maiia Lysytska, Ava Rose Mendelson

In this original puzzle game, the player explores a liminal subway car to piece together memories of the lost souls who inhabit it. I built out the system of interaction and puzzle mechanics that determine how the player encounters information-for both problem-solving and narrative construction-and brought it to life in conversation with my developer teammates.

True North A technology-augmented clothing project on meaningful directionality

BA Thesis in Design & Engineering

I designed and built a pair of jackets that act as wearable compasses, each using the other as their figurative magnetic North. Using a single-board computer, magnetometer-accelerometer pair, and a cellular module to dynamically update flexible LEDs around the torso, wearers are guided toward each other regardless of distance, a living reminder of our relationships through space.
